The TZ-4 TotalZone® system is our best conventional solution for residential or light commercial applications. Features like Zone-A-Lone help businesses save money, and a wide choice of thermostats and staging methods make this flexible panel great for any residential system. Works with most Honeywell thermostats to control single or multi-stage conventional or heat pump equipment up to 3 stages heat and 2 stages cool. Flexible, configurable and powerful... that’s the TZ-4.

• Patented dual-fuel logic for add-on heat pump applications.
• Compatible with multi-stage and heat pump thermostats.
• Expandable using TotalZone® Add-A-Zone® Panels. Controls up to 28 zones.
• Uses any Honeywell four-wire thermostat to control any equipment including VisionPRO or FocusPRO.
• Controls additional stages of heating and cooling based on: Time, adjustable from 5 to 60 minutes. Percent of zones calling.
• Multi-stage or heat pump thermostats.
• Built-in Emergency Heat switch eliminates need for expensive heat pump thermostat on each zone. Zone-A-Lone® allows zone 1 thermostat to set back all zones during unoccupied periods.
• When opposite calls exist, TZ panel services mode calling first and either satisfies call within 20 minutes or drops it and switches over to opposite mode to satisfy that demand. When all calls are satisfied, TZ panel allows fan operation from any zone through Fan switch on each thermostat.
• Setting Fan switch to On from any thermostat turns on fan and closes damper to zones with Fan switches set to Auto.
• Additional features:
• Resettable circuit breaker protects panel.
• Visible LED indicators communicate operation.
• Adjustable stage control timer.
• Adjustable heating and cooling temperature limits for optional C7735A1000 Discharge Air Temperature Sensor (included).
• Adjustable purge timings. Option two transformers for power when many dampers are needed.
