Return Policy

Clean Air Systems will accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item has not been used and is still in its original packaging with all manuals and parts. A 15% restocking fee will apply except where the product is defective or we are responsible.

Cancellation Policy

Most products are shipped the same or next business day of order receipt. We will cancel any order at no charge prior to shipment. Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@cleanairsystemsinc.net or call us at 1-800-523-1885.

Shipping

Most products are shipped the same or next business day. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order by logging into your customer account.

All products are shipped via UPS except for some commercial air cleaners that must be shipped via freight carrier due to size and weight.

Safety and Warranties

Please follow all manufacturers' guidelines and safety instructions. We recommend that you contact a local HVAC contractor to assist in the installation of your product. Improper installation can void manufactures warranty.

Sales Tax - Washington Only

Sales tax of 8.8% will be added to orders shipped within the state of Washington. No sales tax on orders shipped outside Washington.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
